Paper Cut Dolls

I still remember when I was young I used to collect this "Paper Cut Dolls" with my sister. And bila balik dari sekolah, jumpa kawan-kawan sepermainan... all the girls will bring along thier "Paper Cut Dolls".  Main sama-sama. Sangat simple main benda ni and it's sooo cheap. Kalau rosak pun tak apa... boleh beli lagi... but if yang rosak tu is baju favorite... memang akan ada air mata yang menangis tak puas hati.Satu kertas about A4 size berharga 30sen kalau tak silap. Then in each paper ada satu doll dan pelbagai baju, seluar, boots and some accessories. Lebih kurang 3 persalinan. And the most wanted is dolls yang ada wedding dress. 

Last time I kept my dolls collection in a VanHouten tin box. Full dalam tu sampai susah nak tutup. My sister pula ada 2 box. Kadang-kadang bila dah boring... we used to tukar-tukar the dressing with each other. Sistem barter. One of the reason we love this doll is sebab dia murah, everyone can have it and boleh tukar-tukar baju, boleh pinjam baju kawan. Maklumla... dulu-dulu nak dapat barbie is like something impossible. If Iasked for a doll definitely dapat doll yang bila berdiri mata terbuka, bila baring dia tidur... Hehehe... Funny but I have a few of them before. Keep changing once yang lama getting old.

Today, I went to a supermarket beli a few things and I found this as a gift of purchasing Libresse. Its funny to look at them. Mengimbau kenangan silam. So for those yang rasa nak have it back can follow me... belilah promo pack and get this "Paper Cut Dolls" You even get the tin case. It's cool....

The Lost Wonder of Mimaland

Have you heard about Mimaland before? No? Well, me either. I've never heard about Mimaland before. Never ever. But this morning when I came to office, my colleague mention about Mimaland. Have I ever heard about it before.

I even asked him... "What's that?"...

He said "It's a famous theme park."

"Baru nak buat ke? Kat mane?"

"No... dah tutup pun. But it's a famous theme park before... in KL!"

"Is it? Macam sunway lagoon?"

"Far away better than sunway lagoon"

Wohoooo... ye ke ni? Macam cerita dongeng je. Pernah ke ada theme park yang sehebat itu? Ish...ish...ish... macam tipu jek kan. So, I 'google'ed and I found something really interesting. Believe it or not... its a BIG theme park about 300 acres. 300acres??? OMG!!! Macam Disneyland uols!

Mimaland was opened in 1975. And the opening was divided into a few phases. In 1994... it is officially closed due to accident where a 27 years old man from Singapore died while he slides down at the GIANT water slide. Furthermore, there was a landslide at Mimaland and caused a damaged at some part of the huge pool. A few cases and incident happened until some pihak dakwa that the management of Mimaland tak take a good care of nature sekeliling. Bla bla bla... and during the court case those pihak mengarahkan bisnes Mimaland di tutup sementara... while the court case dijalankan. Tapi kalau dah tutup... camne nak run duit kan? And this is the big reason why finally the have to close the door of Mimaland.... forever!

The land owner said... they have no future planning to re-open Mimaland. But, they were looking for a buyer. That's their plan now. So, anyone yang banyak duit dan kaya raya... silalah beli 300 ekar tanah tu. Develop balik and put back the name... Mimaland. Sure menggamit kenangan. Btw, filem-filem zaman 80-an banyak shooting kat sini. One of it is... GILA-GILA REMAJA!

Kalau macam skang tu... ada berani mau pegi? Hehehe.... Anyway, it was a nice place kan?

Layan Movie

Ari dah malam.... tapi aku x tido lagi. Apsal??? Hehehe..... tersangkut tengok cite best. Nak tau cite ape? HOCUS POCUS....

Cite ini aku tengok masa zaman kecik-kceik dulu. Masa darjah 2 kot. Kat TV singapore. Tiap-tiap tahun kalau time holloween, sure Singapore tayang. Dan cite ni memang jadi cite wajib tiap-tiap tahun masa kecik-kecik dulu. N today, tibe-tibe ada tayang kat AXN... waahhh.... Ok. Cite dah abes. Masa untuk tido. Nitey nite!!!

Tak takut pon.... Segan jek....

Sekarang ni, kalau bukak TV... ade jek cite antu. Macam-macam cite antu ada... naik rimas nk browse cite kat TV... skang ni kat panggung pon macam-macam cite seram ada. Ada 2 alam.... huhuhu... berminat nak gi tgk ke? Korang biar benar?????? Ok... ok... minat masing. Btw, cite-cite antu zaman skang ni kadang-kadang ada ngarut gak la... (semestinya)... dan boleh tahan la... kurang elok untuk kesihatan jantung... Selain jalan cite memang seram atau buat-buat seram... tak pon pelakon dalam cite tu kuat menjerit smpi kite yg menonton pon terkejut sebab diorg menjerit. Padahal antu tak kuar lagi pon.

Suke hati depa la nak wat cite ape pon. My choice stilllllll.... no cite hantu. Life aku selalu sorang-sorang, so... amatlah tak elok untuk kesihatan diri sendiri. Tapikan.... kalau diingat zaman kecik-kecik dulu, korang ingat tak cite hantu cine. Alaaaaa..... hantu cine yang lompat-lompat tu... yang bole stopkan hantu tu dengan tampal kertas kuning kat dahi dioraang tuuuuu....

Masa kecik-kecik dulu, aku rasa cite ni dh cukup vogue dah... memang kecut perut. Hantu cine lompat-lompat ni boleh kesan manusia kalau korang bernafas... So, kalau tercabut kertas kuning tu... diorg akan jadi aktif... kire cam hantu tu bernyawa leh lompat-lompat. Ingat lagi.... masa kecik-kecik, kalau tgk cite ni... aku siap angkat-angkat kaki lagi. Pastu kalau kertas kuning tu tercabut... aku pon ikut tahan nafas gak. Bajet antu tu x leh detect aku la... hehehehe...

Dalam banyak-banyak cite hantu yang aku tengok, hantu ni la paling senang nak kalahkan... Klu kertas kuning tu tercabut... korang tahan jek nafas... gi tampal balik kat dahi diorg... Dah siap dh... dia sure tak lompat-lompat lagi... Mudah jek kan... Lagipon... diorang bukan laju sangat... stakat tangan lurus mcm 'senang diri' masa zaman skolah... pastu dia lompat-lompat... tak ganas mana pon... Muke jek la putih...

Camne gaknye eh kalau skang kite tgk balik cite ni... mesti tak rasa seram dh walaupon 10 tahun dulu rasa cite ni seram giler.... hehehehe.... Best best... cite ni best... TV2 tak nak ke tayang balik cite ni eh?

Flashback

Last week masa aku pulang ke rumah. Sambil-sambil tu aku mengemas bilik. Menghumban barang-barang lama yang dah tak guna lagi. Aku geledah tiap-tiap kotak yang ada. Aku terjumpa sesuatu. Membuatkan aku tersenyum dan terkenang kembali masa dolu-dolu. Nak tahu apa yang aku jumpe?

1. Kaset lama - original collection

Ada satu kotak kat dalam tu ade kaset-kaset ni. The Moffats, Backstreet Boys, Westlife, N'sync, Code Red & Stacie Orico. Ni baru sikit kot dari koleksi penuh. Kalau tak silap, aku ada semua kaset kumpulan The Moffats. Gila kat Scott time tu. Hahaha....

2. Duit RM10 version lama

Chup.... aku tak paham apsal gambo duit ni camni. Apsal dia melintang patah eh? Whatever la. Btw, ni la duit lama. Duit ni aku jumpa dalam handbag arwah tok aku. (Nenek, tapi org johor panggil tok. Kalau datuk biasa panggil Tok Tan which is stand for Atok Jantan. Aku pon tak paham apsal. Kurang sopan je macam tapi memang gitu). Nak wat frame la. Siapa ada duit kertas RM20? Tu lagi best.... =)

3. Tag Nama zaman jadi student

Tag-tag ni ada dari zaman aku join Key-Tar (Architectural Workshop kat UPM), Zaman Olympiach, dan beberapa event lain yang aku masih keep lagi tag ini. Huhu...

4. Tiket-tiket yang aku spend masa di Europe

Aku senym sendiri bila tengok tiket ni. Yang paling mahal sekali aku masuk Pisa Tower(menara consong pisa tu). Nak tahu berapa? 25euro iaitu bersamaan RM125. Damn. Masa kat sana aku tak rasa mahal pon. Lain-lain tiket rata-rata 4euro iaitu bersamaan RM20. Erm.

5. Travel Log masa First Year

Travel Log ni masa aku pegi Pulau Langkawi. Teringat kenangan aku jatuh dari pokok kelapa. Madi la punye pasal. Pokok kelapa tu tumbuh senget. Macam jambatan. Aku saja jalan atas pokok tu nak pegi sampai hujung. Datang madi dia lompat-lompat belakang aku. Sudahnya aku jatuh gedebuk kat tepi pantai. Siot jek. Tapi kan... member-member yang ternampak sume tak berani gelak. Sebab takut kene marah ngan aku. Well, I kan garang. Muahaha..... Tapi watdehek ko Madi lompat-lompat. Sakit ko tahu tak????
