ow, really ??.. still ade rumah comes with timber flooring nowadays.. thought its just on early 90th jer, double storey home, 2nd level used to equipped with such pacquet..
yupp ada... but not all developer suke sebab the cost is much more higher and the selling price pun tinggi. parquet is commonly used in 90's but nowadays timber flooring can be considered as high end product. its different from parquet. parquet tak tahan lama n nanti tertanggal2. hehehe

the timber flooring was original spec as agreed by architect and developer. I just design the furniture layout and furniture itself. =)
p/s: for this project I'm just the interior designer not the architect even I am. I'm flexible.
